I shoot this round a lot but I have never tried it at night (no good place to do that around here). Does it have a lot of flash?

Was waiting for the original poster to ask this question........
Noticeable amount (not excessive or blinding) from the A2, very minimal from the Vortex or Phantom.

Isn't Blue Box loaded to .223 velocities? Flash shouldn't be too bad from it.

Yes,
And with an AK brake, a bare muzzle, Votex, and a KKF A3 tac brake...
Flash is minimal with a bare muzzle and a 16" barrel. You won't shit anything with a Phantom or Vortex.

I think shooting ranges should be OPEN at NIGHT!!
To shoot with Flashlights
Night Vision etc!
How is one suppose to practice?
I should have NEVER moved from my Boondock home

Very little flash for me also--16" with a Phantom. In fact, the Phantom reduces the flash of even Wolf to almost nothing for me.
