I have access to a shop with several CNC machines and lots of other power equipment and would like to build an AR. Only problem is they don't allow making "weapons". we can make "letter openers" that look like knives and so I was thinking of making a 80% lower and saying it's a paper weight. If anyone might have a Cad drawing of an 80% lower or can tell me which holes I need to fill to make it 80% that would be awesome.

That's a good site but I couldn't find any 80% on there, maybe I'm just blind.

if you click on tooling on that website and scroll down they have a long list of website that sell 80%

edit: never mind didnt really read you question , though you where looking for a 80% to finish...

Ya I might have to buy one to figure out exactly what the are missing so I can edit the drawing that I already have. I was just hoping someone had already done that.

Basically the only 2 machining step that are need to be finished in a 80% lowers:
1. Drilling out the holes for the Trigger/Hammer pins and the Safety/Selector Lever.
2. Milling out the FCG Pocket
