| For those of you that have one- what did you do with it? I'd like to put my business logo on the side and give it a unique look. I like the way billet lowers look, but I don't like the price of them. Does it depend on the skill of the man with the machining tool or the size of the lower? |

You might have seen my screw-up-recovery thread "Good save?" with my lower that was creatively milled to hide an error. Then there's my buddy who sent off a couple and had lots of engraving done, like the silhouette of a revolutionary patriot.
Personally I want to do a matching upper/lower completely wrapped in Norse style art. Something specifically crafted for that canvas. |

Actually it is just a simple black anodize job...
One of my clients brother has a anodizing /plating shop. But with the turn of the economy, he phased out his hard-coat anodizing. But I have a standing offer if he starts it up again.. I get a free anodize job. But on the Cerakote subject. I am currently checking the possibilities of doing it out of my home workshop. I think I might give a try this spring. Ca_Longshot |
