I tried doing the 8/3 -2 clicks today on my Colt but having problems.First,the bottom half of rear adjustment will spin....right?? I loosened with an allen wrench 3 spins but could not get the bottom half to spin?? Also...i could not get it to go -2 only -1....."almost" -2 Going to loosen it and try again,hoping for help before i try again,thanks |

When you back the allen screw out far enough the bottom part of the wheel will be able to turn separately from teh numbered top half. I wouldn't say it was able to "spin" though because it is still attached to the rear sight. What you are supposed to do is loosen the screw, turn the bottom section until the rear sight is bottomed out and then raise the rear sight two clicks. |
