I have now built two 9MM lowers and have a simular problem with both. Specifically the magazine catch does not stick out far enough into the mag well to realiably catch the magazine when it's inserted. I am using both a RRA and Hahn Precision (top loading conversion block). Of the two I'm having the most problem with the Hahn it won't catch the magazine at all. Has anyone else had this problem and/or recommendations to correct?

Some Sendra lowers have problems like this.  Clamp magazine catch in vise, tap once with hammer bending it towards the in direction. Tap too hard and it breaks , bend too much and try to bend it back and it breaks,

Good luck

I had the same issue with my build...

Lucky for me I purchased a DPMS parts kit and the magazine catch came "Pre-Bent"   so I just swapped in the crap DPMS catch and all is good....

I used a hammer and a punch.  Insert the mag, place the punch at the end of the mag catch and hit it with a hammer a couple of times.  That does the trick.  Make sure the mag is inserted or else, you might bend it too far.
