1.   I'm doing my first built. I picked up an Superior Arms lower marked 9MM.
I just want to know if there is any problem building a .223 even though its marked 9 MM?

2.  The selector is marked safe, fire, auto. there is no sear pin hole. The lower is the same as any other AR lower.Just wondering if there is any problem with it being mark auto?

These are probably dumb questions, but i'm new to all of this. I will be vary gratful for any answers.

As long as there is NO sear pin hole, or any FA parts, then no problem.

Agreed that there should be no problem. The question remains why would you want to. Build a 9 mm and get another receiver for the .223

One concern may be if you ever want to sell it. A .223 marked 9 mm would not get much interest I would guess.
