I'm getting ready to build a 9mm, I see some kits use UZI mags, some modified UZI mags, some use a RRA mag, etc.  Which block is the most reliable?  I have an UZI already, so it would be nice to use a block that utilized un-modified mags, but, reliability is more important.

Thank you very much for your input.

Look a few spots south of this forum.  There's one just for pistol and rimfires that has a ton of the info that you're asking for.

I'm using the VM Hy-Tech mag block for my Uzi mags on my RRA 9mm A4 16" carbine and it's been good so far.

Sometimes I also use my other Hahn mag block for my Colt and Beta C Mag also without any problems.

If you want to learn more details take a look a the tacked threads and FAQ in the AR15 Rimfire and Pistol Calibers forum.
