hi guys need to know who manufactures 9mm ar platform uppers or the whole pistol?

Go check out the tacked threads in the Rimfire and pistol cal. section.

Otherwise, you have mainly two options, Olympic Arms or Colt style. No one else manufactures for Oly or with the same design. Colt style is basically copied by everyone else.
