Besides the magwell and buffer what is the difference in a built lower and a 5.56 lower?

A stripped 5.56mm lower is the ground work for a 9mm lower. A standard 5.56mm parts kit, 9mm mag block, 9mm hammer and a 9mm buffer is all that is required.
