| I am looking at converting a slickside 9mm upper to a sidecharger by tapping a bcg and slotting the upper. Will a 223bcg lock up in a 9mm upper? That upper would be ideal since there is no forward assist. |
| i used a model1 9mm upper on my last 223 build. yes they have a cam cutout. no they do not have m4 feedramps (i have yet to have a feeding issue but some people feel the need to have certain things so if thats you keep it in mind). you will need to drill a hole for the gas tube, i had adco do mine (30 bucks). i dont know what you mean by lock up in the upper though? |
