I know this question has been asked before, but I can't seem to find it doing a search. When mounting a scope on a flattop(A3) doesn't the front sight interfere with the sight picture? Will it make a difference for either the 16" or 20"? If it does interfere, can the front sight be removed easily? |
| At magnification of 3 power or less, the front sight will be visible as just a smudge in the lower portion of the scopes' field of view (in MOST scopes-it depends on the scopes' focal length). At 4 power and up, usually the front sight isn't visible at all-The ACOGs being an exception, because they have such a short focal length; but even then, they only show a VERY faint blur, which you have to look for to notice. |
