Does anyone have suggestions for a AAA weapon mounted light?

AAA flashlights should not be weapon mounted.  They do not have the capacity and using Energizer Lithium's is pricey.

What are you trying to do?

The Safariland RLS takes triple AAA batteries.

I was issued one, and at first thought that it would be junk, since it only used AAA batteries.    I didn't think it would be bright enough, or have enough run time.  .    I was pleasantly suprised

And?

65 to 90 Lumens is, IMO, a weaponlight.  At least not one for a carbine.  The nice thing about the RLS mount is that you can use other lights with it. You are not going to get 50 hours of full 90 lumen light with three AAA batteries, despite what Safariland says. Four hours or so, six hours with Energizer Lithium's, until the light starts to taper.

There are better lights out there, especially for ~$100.00.

The advantages of AAA lights is that the batteries are available everywhere. The disadvantage is that AAA batteries lack capacity.

AAA lights are, again IMO, for keychains or for somebody who is not serious about lights.
