WOOPS. ACCIDENTAL DOUBLE POST.  DON'T KNOW HOW TO DELETE IT.
I've not seen any discussion about weapon balance.  I've got a configuration in mind but am concerned about the weight distribution.  Anyone else have this concern?  If so, where is ideal center of gravity with a full 30-round clip?  Seems to me that it is somewhere between the trigger and the center of the magazine well.  Any thoughts?

"I've not seen any discussion about weapon balance."

The rifle should balance on the delta ring (IMO) maybe a little closer to the trigger guard if a loaded mag is in place.

The reason why you haven't seen a discussion is that with the plethora of accessories on the market rifles that balance are pretty much a thing of the past.  (you have a steel barrel and aluminum RAS and accessories up front and a lightweight Car stock in back.)

I think A2's would balance on the delta ring, but they had a large heavy stock and nothing mounted to them.

I have a decked out carbine and it still balances behind the barrel nut with a loaded mag.

I would assume the 14.5" M4 barrel helps keep the weight down in front and the TA31 mounted far to the rear and M93 stock add more to the back.
