any 4x BAC model or 3.5 BAC you will love eaither. i had a tao1 but for the distance i shoot i didnt need that much magnification so i sold and went with a T1 in LT660  mount and i freaking love it. acogs are awesome though.

The ta33 seems to be the winner. I tried an ecos which was a neat combo of Both mag and red dot. However the transition is not comfortable, and the ta31 eye box is just way to small for me, especially when wearing glasses.

Read this article. TA11 was my preference.

Another TA11 here.  Green reticle is great, no flaring, stands out against any color - greens included.  Guys with other models have asked to look at mine and liked mine better.  Just my .02

Ta 11 on la rue mounts works great for me.  Lots of eye relief is important for my application.

I have a ta 31f and the eye relief has never been an issue with me but obviously others do so you should look through as many as you can and decide for your self .

TA11J-308G

crosshair reticle rules for precision at 300m, 308 calibration is for heavy 77gr out of 16", green is the most visible color by far.

Horseshoe is also real nice. TA11H-G

I'm in the same situation, got a TA33, and I wish I did it a long time ago. I wear glasses, and have an astigmatism. I'm am just as quick from 15-100 as I was with my aimpoints.  Up closer, I just use the front sight instinctively, and it works for me.

I prefer the TA33 also. With just x3 magnification and using BAC it works well for me at close and extended ranges.

How is the eye relief?  I can read specs (2.4in), but does it feel "natural"?  What I mean is I've used a Ta31 and hated the eye relief, the Ta11 was great, and the TR24 was great.  I just felt like I was having to stuff my face into the Ta31.

Not sure about the others, but I know that Trijicon was pretty modest about their eye relief specs for my TA33. It states on their web sight a 1.9" eye relief, and I had someone measure mine while I had it shouldered from the lens to my eye,  it was just about 3".

Eye relief is incredibly forgiving. Its looks great up to 4" for me; I measured with a ruler. If you shoot NTCH, you wont have a problem. I don't shoot NTCH, I keep my stock in the same position as the above picture and my nose is almost in line with the back end of the castle nut and the view is perfect from there.

Thank y'all for the heads up on the eye relief.  I shoot with my stock one click out (looks like you have it as 2) and I don't shoot NTCH.

I think I know which ACOG is going on my SBR...
