Ok-

I'm looking to get an ACOG that is best matched to my RRA Entry Tactical with a 16" Barrel.

I like the red chevron reticle 4x32 system the best.  So I've landed on the TA31 RCO-M4 or M4CP. Is the only difference between these two the fact the CP has the killflash?

And on some listings I show that it's mated for a 14.5" barrel and other listings it shows the scope is for a 16".  Which is it? Does it matter that much with the BDC?

Any guidance in this area would be appreciated.

And then I would ask who you would spend this kind of money with.

Thanks.

Are you sure you want something with eye relief that short?  I would seriously consider the TA11 if I were you.  It's 3.5x and has much longer eye relief.

Whichever one you choose, get a LaRue mount!!!

Thanks for the reply. I used the same scope on my AR that someone let me try out at a 3-Gun Competition. I liked it very much. I already shoot with my nose nearly touching the latch. 1" diff. of relief I'll trade for an extra .5 of magnification.  And I was definitely planning on a La-Rue Mount.

Go with the TA11, IMO it is the best Trijicon....The eye relief is great, not much bigger than the 31 series and the FOV is perfect.....I have 11, 31 and 33 ACOG's and the 11 is by far my favorite.
