I perused the Trijicon website for a bit but could not find what I'm looking for. Specifically looking for a TA31 with the RMR on top in the factory FDE color with the FDE ARMS 19 mount. Not talking about the TA31ECOS. Looking for basically a TA31ECOS but with a horseshoe reticle. Even a chevron would work. Does such an animal exist? I would swear that I have seen one but I may have been smoking meth that day.
Thanks, Rob |

Some googling returned this link.....not surprisingly to this site:
ACOG sold in the EE I need this but with the factory RMR installation.....and FDE ARMS 19........which does not appear to exist if this was a limited run. Any other ideas? |
If I were gaming with this gun or training or whatever I would probably agree, but this is a toy primarily, though I do shoot pigs and occasionally deer with it. The RMR is totally superfluous but I want it anyway. Kind of like how we all like iron sights tucked under military grade optics as we shoot metallic silhouettes, sip lattes, and ponder whether or not we want to trade the NISMO on a 5 series BMW.

What if you had to go offroad? That's what the CJ is for....when I get it together. My NISMO is my daily driver and I'm just getting too old for that. To keep this from GD banishment, I think I'm just going to get a TA31ECOS. Who here has one and what do you have to say for it? I had a TA01NSN years back and hated how dim the reticle was despite being new. I have a TA31F and expect that the ECOS reticle will be just as bright as the TA31F....is this accurate? RC |

RC I have two TA31ECO ACOGs. The TA31ECOS is dual-illuminated like the TA31F, so it'll be bright. I recommend the green, as its an insane neon-green glow during the day, and its bright as heck at night. I ditched the ARMS mounts for LaRue mounts on mine, but the ARMS mounts are more than serviceable. |

You can always buy a RMR and mount separately, and I think ADM makes a FDE mount. Links to ADM FDE mounts. Here and here. |
