I wanna get a ACOG(TAO1NSN or TA31F).Thing is,I wanna shoot free hand.Is it hard to shoot free hand with the magnification?Is it easier with a Aimpoint/EOTech or a 4x ACOG?And if you do like free hand with a ACOG,does a vertical grip help?

The Acogs ae combat optics, they are super easy to shoot standing up or prone. Yes a grip would help a little but it is not needed.
