The EE. Got my TA31 for $650. Many times you will find new ones for less than $1000.

I would check red-dot-scopes.com, they had very low prices.  Also check with Primary Arms, they have quoted very good prices on Trijicon optics

I would like to give a shamless plug for a TA11H-G as well. I've looked everywhere and all the places that have them are asking way more than the TA31s. I thought the price points were pretty similar.
