I recently purchased a TA11E 3.5x ACOG for my AR10. I took it to the range and sighted it in. everything was going great for a few hours and then after taking a shot a little speck appeared in the sight picture. Upon close examination it appeared to be a little shard of glass suspended in the scope. I packed up and went home. When I got home the speck had disappeared. I fear the scope is damaged. I was wondering if anyone else had ever had this happed, and how you think Trijicon would deal with this? I did not have a chance to call them and they are closed until monday, I plan on calling then.

Don't have an ACOG but I'll give an opinion.  It is possibly VERY VERY small (nearly glass dust) that occurs when glass is cut.  Perhaps it was greatly magnified by the optic.  So long as it isn't in the sight picture, your ok.  If it comes back maybe you'd want to return it?

If your are concerned do not hesitate to call Trijicon on the phone.
You can also email them but their response may take a few days.
Either way there customer service is great.
