Anybody have any of the latest AIM Guat?  How does it look?  What are the manufacturing dates?

Thanks in advance.  I just ordered some.

Looks kind of brassy with a pointy thing on the end.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
For .22 cents per round, you should like it.

I would describe it as,

"Beautiful, Late Production, 55grn .223/5.56x45 Ammunition manufactured by Industria Militare De Guatemala in 1999-2003. Bright Shiney and Clean...."

AIM won't steer you wrong.  It's good lookin' stuff.  It don't shoot half-bad either.

I bought 52 boxes to get the super cool wooden crate about a month or two back and there appeared to be what I am guessing was bug crap all on the inside and a few of the boxes were eaten away at.

Anybody else experience this?

I have gotten two cases from them. I really like it. Its hotter than many other rounds and very accurate. In fact I topped shooting it because it looked too good. Back to shooting 855pd

I'm sitting on about 2k rnds of Guat, lots 5 & 7.  All the rounds have been exceptional in both performance and looks.  I won't be blasting this stuff anytime soon.

I recently got a crate of the Lot 05 2000 Guat from AIM. It is HOT ammo and accurate. A few cases had a small spot of surface corrosion. No bug crap was seen in my crate. I currently have another crate on order at $0.65 more per box than 2 months ago from AIM. I will be telling "old WOLF" stories about the GUAT here in a couple years.
