This is a MC6-SD pistol. It's a 6" 300blk pistol or SBR that was purposed designed for undercover units at Dallas PD. Uses a billet upper and lower, with a self contained barrel nut system in the upper that allows for the rail to attach directly to the upper rather than the barrel nut. The rail was designed with Mlok slots at the 1 and 11 o'clock positions. The hand guard has a hand stop at the front. Comes standard with the law folder, and uses the MOD 1 or the new MOD 2 tail hook braces. Our barrel, bolt carrier groups, and gas tubes are melonited. Comes with a ALG trigger.

add a light of some type
maybe swap the blade for a SBM4
change out the a2 flash hider
paint job

Colt 11.5" Upper (one of the FBI HBARs that popped up on Gunbroker a while back) with a RAS II and a KAC Aimpoint mount. Very happy with it overall, sorting out a trigger guard for it and a light solution (haven't found one that I like yet).

went to the mountains yesterday to shoot the new AR9 for the first time.  My Troy full size AR didn't even make it out of it's hard case because these guys were so much fun to shoot.
Both actually a lot of fun as range-toys, while also being very budget friendly builds.

EDIT - I don't know why the images don't show up here: when I edit the post and preview it, they show up, but when it is submitted, they only show up as links.

AR9 is:
PSA Glock mag lower
Karri's Guns 8.3" barrell upper
Magpul M-lok rail covers
Magpul PTS AFG2 and Magpul M-Lok AFG2 adapter rail
UTG flashlight mount
Thorfire C8 flashlight
CAA flip up sights
SightMark Ultra Plus red dot
UTG 3x magnifier
A2 standard grip (soon to be replaced with an ATI finger groove grip)
KAK buffer tube and KAK Shockwave brace
SGM 33 round magazine

On order; muzzle flash can, and I need to order a few more extra mags for it.
I realized that the magnifier gets in the way of the rear flip up sight, so I had to move the red dot and magnifier forward.  After moving them both forward a few rail slots, the back up iron sights work fine.

The HK 416d pistol has added Magpul AFG2, Magpul XTM rail covers, flip up 45 degree sights, UTG rail riser and Dagger Defense red dot, HK Parts buffer tube adapter, KAK Shockwave brace.  My son is 7 years old and loves shooting it.

Had this extra lower sitting in the safe for awhile, decided to finally do something with it.

Spikes lower
- DSG lpk
- ALG ACT trigger
- BAD EPS pins
- KAK Ind buffer tube, spring and Blade
- Spikes H2 buffer

DSG Upper
- 11.5" Stainless barrel, carbine gas, 1/8 twist 223 Wylde, A2 flash hider
- BCM 10" MLok rail
- Magpul AFG and type 2 covers
- Radian Raptor LT FDE
- Primary Arms FDE Advanced Micro Dot
- V-tac padded sling

Need to pick up some MBUS sights, and an Inforce WML, but that's about it.

I had fittement issues between the piston system gas block and rail, so I'm hunting for a rail that will fit and going to sale the DD Lite II 7.0.

Also going to sale the unused barrel because I changed my mind and switched to a Spikes Tactical (FN) CHF 8.1 inch barrel.

Just a mockup without gas block and drive rod.

Family photo minus one lower currently on a 16 inch upper.  The $29 Anderson lowers will add to this group lol.  The 10.5 second from the left is my HD weapon specifically built to work in a Hornady Rapid AR wall safe.

Thanks guys. Love the pistol and the case is new. Just got another case today to hold 3 pistols and mags since I liked this one so much.

$29 pluck foam hard she'll case from Sam's club!

Pistol is a Tactical Machining lower as they are local to me with spare parts inside. Upper is Android 7.5" with a Pig.

I think the brace would have to be fully extended in order to fold it to the side.. and it also might be too fat to fold all the way against the side of your pistol. Wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.

I'm thinking there is no way that would work.  Look closely how the slides never really leave the side of the receiver even fully extended unless you pull even further as in removing it.  And like stated above these things are wide!!!!

It will fit on the SBPDW but you will have to leave it fully extended.
As far as folding it will fold but will not lay against the reciever like a blade will because of the width of the brace.
Here are some pics of mine in the three different positions.
