one more cause I think it's my new favorite gun

^^How do you like the MBT in there? The trigger is the one thing I went a little cheaper on (ALG QMS) and thinking I might pick up an MBT for this or another;

Just finished the build yesterday so haven't shot her yet.

My oldest son won a $250 LaRue gift card and got two MBT's and gave me one.

Helped ease the dollars I spent on the lower & brace.

The top one is the 11.5" LW DD barrel with an 11" Samson rail pistol. It has the YHM 5C1 FH.
The bottom is the 11.5" BA barrel with a 13" Troy rail SBR. The flashider is a Kineti tech with a shroud.
I like them both and have taken both through classes as SBRs.

I also have the newer Kineti tech brake with shroud but I prefer the flash hider vs fireball.

Thanks guys - I didn't realize there was such a huge following, nor that it was such an established platform.

I put my pistol back together after several years (ATF 2011-4). I used to have a 16" barrel on basically the same gun, but this one feels better.

It's simple and rugged - just the way I like it.

MagPul slimline (SL) carbine handguard, this requires removing the front sling swivel but it drops right in.
SB SOB brace, MagPul MBUS rear sight, MagPul trigger guard, a sling loop lockplate, and a Blackhawk latchless charging handle that I'm trying out.
I haven't made it to the range yet since I assembled this, so I haven't fired it yet, but it's got a nice feel to it.

I finally found someone who makes a BCG extension for the JP SCS to work with the Law Tactical folder. It was about $60 but totally worth it to me. Not a shill, can't find the link but they are made by LongRangeShootersOfUtah.

A couple quick pics I took

Not sure if these will post

CNCGuns AR45 lower wit SB Tactical brace
New Frontiers AR45 upper, 4" barrel and blowback system.

FYI, cant't get the mag to lock into place as their seems to be too much material on the upper. Has anybody put together this combo before? If so, it seems like a quick bevel cut to the inner area where the mag hits should clear it out.

I called NFA and they said I'm charting a new frontier as they've never heard of it being done.

Mk18 Mod 0 clone "firearm". Still needs a few changes that I'll get around to at some point. Also not 100% sure I like how the M300C looks in a Gear Sector offset mount with the FSB, so I'll probably add an SR07 pressure switch and go back to the stock mount in the near future.

Thanks!

Yeah, I really like the APF tube. It's a bit longer than most SB specific tubes and fills out the entire SBM4 (no gap at the rear like with the KAK Super Sig), and it matches up nicely with the lines of the brace. The extra length of the APF also helps to get a 10.3/10.5 gun well over 26" OAL (around 27" and change) to add a proper KAC VFG. I originally had a Blade on it that was rattle canned to match, but after trying an SBM4, I had to get one for this, too. I've been tempted a few times to try painting the SBM4, but being rubber, I doubt it would work out very well.

What is the overall length on this setup, collapsed?

I'm surprised at how difficult it has been for me to find collapsed length on a 7.5" Barrel'd pistol with a Maxim Brace!!
