photoshop of course  My photography professor during my undergrad told me once that every professional image needs to be re-touched.  I agree.  Its a huge part of pulling off outstanding work.  Granted getting the right lighting setup is the most important factor for creating a good photograph.  But sometimes a boost with digital editing software is just what the image needs to really stand out.  The above image turned out that way as I re-touched it.  I tried lots of different approaches, this one stuck. I decided to go black and white except for the m&p.  I think it turned out great.

I just bought a dslr and when I finished taking pictures of the cat I moved to the guns. Not claiming these are high quality but they are the best I have done thus far.

I saw that too, but I'm guessing it came from the cat that he said he was photographing before this

What did you use to lock the screw in place? Reminds me of that crap they put over big-rig lugnuts to show they haven't come loose.

Cool beans. When we'd get new trucks in, all of the big high-torque fasteners had that on them. On top of the thick paint they slather on there, it would make it a pain to get the bolt loose.

It really is tough stuff I like it a lot on Buffer tube castle nuts instead of staking.

I wouldn't mind it for small screws, like what's on the BAD. Loctite can be TOO good sometimes and you'll end up stripping the head out.

lol. I wasn't poking fun, just a question is all.  I thought they only came in black, and you either painted it, or you brushed off all the finish.  In case you wondered, I actually liked the shiny look of it.

Here's one I took the other day with an iPhone. I've been wanting to take some good ones, but I loaned my camera to a family member.

The light was picked up just right to get the background the way it is (I didn't use filters for it- just tweaked some shadows and detail in Lightroom).

Hopefully will have more in the next few weeks when I get my camera and lenses back.
