| I think I remember reading somewhere that some lower receivers need different pins. But the vendor should tell you. I think they have all gotten better in the last couple years. I haven't seen one that doesn't use the standard pins and I think almost all can use drop in trigger groups as well. |
| I thought I read somewhere that if you can find a heavier hammer spring for 308's the better off you would be, the primers require more "punch" than a 5.56. The ones I have always used were the heavier versions and haven't had any soft strikes, even with cheaper ammo. |
