| I have a retro AR15. Looks just like the M16 with carry handle and such. I do great with open sights but would also like to mount a scope for long distance shots. Is there a way to mount a scope on this model and still be able to use the open sights as well ? |

If you go with the ARMS, get the extended model like seen here.
The shorter one might not get your forward ring out far enough to get decent eye relief. |

I ordered this mount yesterday for my A1 upper. It has a see-through design so you can use your irons with it on.
