| I have been searching for info on this both in the forum's search and on the ARMS website and have found ZERO info. If Wes, Paul or anyone else out there has any info on it and weather it is worth getting, please chime in. I currently have a BM M4 16", KAC RAS. Thanks in advance for your help. |

If you have a RAS forend and want to add rigidity, the Mod-L rail is the perfect accessory. They do add some weight, but will often turn so-so accuracy around, especially if you shoot from a variety of positions, slung up, etc. It's a good alterantive for postban carbines versus the expense of getting one free-floated. | I have one on the above pictured AR and two others (unmounted in my safe). One is an older model and the other is the same as the one on the pictured rifle, with the three screws that mate it with the KAC RAS. I got the one on the above AR from MSTN over a year ago without any problems. Other two came from the EE and ebay. Best guess is that there was a misunderstanding on what you told him you wanted and what he heard?? |
