| Have been reading post to see what BUIS I wanted and decided on a ARMS 40L. When I got it took it out of the box and could not believe that when it is flipped up you are looking thru the small apature and in order to get to the Large apature you have to take your finger ( almost need to use your nail and don't believe it would work with gloves.)and seperate the two apatures to get the small one out of the way to allow use of the large one! And awful lot of flipping stuff in order to get to your " need it in a hurry" Back up sights! I wanted to get a low profile BUIS with 2 apatures that will allow me to shoot 0-300 and then 300 up. Did not want same plane, but need to have ghost ring apature when deployed in a hurry then I can take my time to bring up small apature if needed. I think I have seen a Troy BUIS somewhere that has this option. Anyone know which apature is first and what model is it, price , best place to buy? |
The GOST RING is first. They are hard to get so I recommend getting if from the person that has one. I think we are out. You my try G&R Tactical or JTAC Supply they may have one.
