Hi, I just finished installing an ARMS #5 riser and a Tubbs recoil spring in my RRA 16" A4 Varmint. Scope is an IOR 2-12X Tactical in IOR rings. My first range outing resulted in groups 2-2.5X larger than normal. I switched the spring back to the factory one since the gun was not feeding the first round out of the mag reliably, but am not sure about the ARMS mount. The instructions say that you are only supposed to tighten finger-tight. Is this going to hold zero, or should I be looking for another riser mount that I can torque the screws down tight on ?
