What is a good book for newbies to AR-15's. I would like to know how to disassemble, clean, etc.

I have no book on the topic, but I purchased a DVD called "Mastering the AR-15" by
Lenny Magill from WWW:gunvideo.com

It is basic, but okay to start out with.

i doubt there is anything in any book(s) that you can't get right here on arf.com. the tacked threads andsearch button are your friends

Try Downloading TM 9-1005-319-23. Its free and a good place to start. There are some other manuals on that page for Ar15s you might want to check out.
