Rifle specs: RRA 16 stainless barrel 1/8 twist, ACOG TA11 was the optic.

Using this rifle would a 2.5" group @ 100 yds using Winchester Q3131 55gr 5.56 ammo be considered adequate performance.

This was off a bench only using arms for support. No bag or other support was used.

I'd say that was pretty good, especially for resting on your arms.. Those groups might shrink a little with better support but dont expect small groups with that ammo. XM193 is reliable, not match quality.
