Has anyone ever seen these barrel markings, if so does anyone know the manufacturer?

The finish looks pretty shitty, looks like the machined lower was left in a tumbler too long then anodized

the receivers are unfinished in that pic, i think there's a even few more steps before annodizing

LOL, that is a 80% unfinished lower, that was the test lower for the art work before cutting.

I posted the original request about the barrel, I've shot it and I have no complaints. Can you tell me anything more about the barrel? Mil.spec, twist rate, chrome lined....etc. The dealer I purchased it from didn't have very much info for me. They even tried to tell me it was from a different manufacturer.
