Just had a revelation. I am almost finished with my build and realized I don't have a case to carry my new toy to the range. Can someone recommend a decent case and where I can purchase said item. thanks

I'm going to buy one of these.

I haven't messed with one before, but at the price I'm willing to chance it.

a Pelican 1700 is the best of the best(and it should be for $150)

Depends on if you want a hard or soft.  I like the 1700 because it can be dropped out a moving vehicle and do just fine.

i would buy a gun case at a gun store
or you could buy it at a gun show.
i would get a no frills gun case or something like a baseball bat bag to transport it.

no need to spend a lot of money on junk bags that look tactical but disintegrate after 6 months.  i have had a few and the thread litterly fell apart.

you could get a real bag from Eagle or Tactical Taylor.

Have you by chance messed with the one that I linked above?  I'm sure it's made in Asia, but it looks like it might be the same stuff as the plate carriers that CTD sells, which have been rated well enough on this site.

It's a damn good case for the money. It's the same one that Spike's Tactical sells for fifty bucks.
