What parts can be ordered without going through an FFL when building a lower?

Can the stripped lower and LPK be ordered unassembled without going through an FFL?

The lower receiver must go through a FFL, stripped or completed. The only ones that wouldn't are the 80% ones. Everything else can be shipped straight to you.

The stripped lower FORGEING has to go through an FFl, the other parts like LPK stock ect can be ordered direct as can all the upper parts or an assembled upper.
FIY you can order a "kit" with every thing but the stripped lower, from several vendors. Then get a stripped lower, from an FFl dealer.
