A while back a guy posted a "study" he did where he had a middle age female fire a handgun, shotgun, and AR rifle at a 21 ft target. He posted a video on youtube of the results showing she was much more proficient with the AR.

Can someone help me with the link to the video or thread... searches have yielded nada... thanks.

That was  a decent video.    THe handgun results didnt surprise me at all.  It can be difficult to hit targets with revolvers.  The shotgun was a little flawed.  Didnt anyone tell her to aim at center mass.  Looked like she was trying to head shot the target.  If she would of but it in the chest of the target than that mother would of been dead.  Of course the AR 15 is going to be the most accurate.  Most rifles are.

Most accurate, least recoil, 30 rounds, fastest sight/target acquisition (w/ Aimpoint), etc.
