| The BCG keeps getting hung up in the receiver and it also won't pick up rounds out of the mag.It also caused alot of wear on the charging handle and the rear takedown pin is really hard to push in and out. I tried it on two different receivers and getting the same issue in both anybody have any ideas of how I might be able to solve this problem? If I remember correctly this a Aero precision upper on a RRA lower. I haven't shot it yet but have tried several different mags from lancers,g.i.,pmags and steel and same thing happens. |

Is this a pistol upper? Is this when you are firing it or are you just trying to run rounds through it without firing? Can you post up some pics? It might not help but it's a start. |

... Yes helped a little but still hanging up it might just need to be broken in? Tight fit with a given upper is about as common as a loose one and all charging handles show some degree of wear on top. You really won't know for sure until you shoot it a bit. Lube bolt and carrier liberally and see what happens, as you can't duplicate the same degree of force on bolt/carrier travel by hand cycling. - OS |

You would be amazed how it settles in once you've shot it a little. |
