I've read some mixed reviews about POF's customer service on here and it almost swayed my purchasing decision - however I did purchase one in .308 used. After dealing with their customer service / tech support I am very happy.
I was having issues with FTE. I emailed POF and received a reply in an hour or two. I explained my issues and the tech advised me on a number of things to look for. Upon a more careful inspection later that night I found the operating rod to be slightly bent. I believe this was causing friction in the gas system not allowing it to fully cycle. That night I emailed what I found and the next day a new rod was in the mail and recieved a few days later. While I haven't been to the range yet to test it (hopefully this weekend), I am highly confident this will solve the problem. |
