I does anybody make a pin conversion so one can use an older big pin lower reciever with the newer upper recievers. I know of the off-set pins for big pin uppers to lowers but is there a vice-versa??

Daniel Defence makes a large hole flat top upper. I bought one and sent it to Bushmaster to have them install everything else. However the color won't  match the older colt lower.
