Evening all I posted this on the troubleshooting forum.  Just wondering what is everyone opinion on my grouping  using XM193, Eotech 511, Bushy 14.5 1/9 @ 200 yds.  Is this an acceptable grouping coming from a short barrel?  I know its design for CQB, but I'm just use to shooting my Colt A2 20" with an iron sight and gets better grouping at the same distance.

They're all hits so you are fine.

A 14.5" M4 profile barrel is not designed for accuracy beyond "minute of bad guy".

ETA:  Where'd the image go???

"minute of bad guy"  LOL
I like that.  Just wanted some assurance since its going to be the household tool if things would go bad in the neighborhood.

I have never with an Eotech but I would expect just a little bit smaller group with an 4 moa Aimpoint.

Is Eotech center dot a 1 moa?
The dot fully covering  the target I'm using, with an adjustment of 1moa at 200 yds. I'm pretty much in the mercy of the dot size for precision adjustment.
So are these grouping still acceptable?

What more could you ask for out of an M4 style rifle, topped with an Eotech, shooting xm193....... nothing imo, that right there is gtg.

With that setup and ammo and distance, 6" would have me stoked.
