added: for tightening your slack between the upper and lower, they work fine.....

You may find that you have to slice off the bottom a little, depending on how tight your two receiver parts are.  On my Colt, I almost had to trim off half of it, using an X-acto knife.

Chinese made copies of the accuwedge always need trimming, most of the real American made ones fit without a problem.....

Unless your dealing w/ a RRA lower which has a shallow rear shelf, in which accuwedges don't fit at all.

Use a rubber Oring around the front take down lug instead.  I would not force an Accuwedge on anyone.  I threw mine in the trash the first time I tried it as I had to use a tool to open my reciever even after I trimmed it.
