[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Action Lube question

hey guys, working on my first build and got everything together to assemble the lower. im my kit for the
NM trigger it says to use a light weight action lube....any recomendations?

right now i have "Break Free CLP" lube will that function just fine lubing up the internals as i install them?

I use BF CLP as an all purpose basic lube. It should work fine for the FCG assembly.
