Its time to replace the action(recoil spring) in my 20" Colt hbar. Any suggestions?

thats what I was thinking. Brownells has them plus abunch of others, Colt Wolff, Tubbs, Prarieriver. I thought I would get a few opnions. i shoot everything across the board from wolf to Mil surplus.
