[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Adco firearms ?

Hey everyone, I am relatively new to the forum, and ar's for that matter. So i was hoping i could get some opinions. I recently put up for trade my Desert Eagle .50AE to get my first ar. I received an offer for an AR with a colt pre-ban m4 lower and an Adco unfired 16 inch upper. Now im familiar with colt obviously but im not at all familiar with Adco firearms. So if anyone has any opinions about adco's quality or reputation it would be greatly appreciated.

ADCO has a little forum of its own over in the industry section you should check out. Their website is www.adcofirearms.com. You should visit it to get an idea of what they do and offer. What I can tell you is this; I sent my postban bushmaster upper to them to have the barrel threaded and have a flash suppressor installed on it. ADCO does top-notch work. They kick ass.

Maybe others here can give you more of an idea about their more complete builds...

ADCO is top notch. However, we would need to know exactly what the upper consist of to tell you if it is a worthwhile trade, as the ADCO guys do a lot of custom builds that differ greatly in price.
