No point in gumming up the instock threads with ATS talk
Lets pool our resources and info we have on them. Some have been getting to talk to someone over there but some are on a constant busy signal. Here are my encounters with them: Ordered a couple Vltor MURs and FZ BCGs on Saturday (3/2) Yesterday, saw a user (Pitz) post that he got a call to complete his order (he ordered on 3/4) Called them, talked to someone after the 9th try and completed my order for a Vltor Mur. They already had all my information (except billing) from just my phone number (caller id). Told me they had 80 Vltors recently and they would process the order right away. I asked about how soon it would ship and he implied either right after I placed my order or the next day. I asked about FZ BCGs and was told they had none and had their own NiB FA BCGs. I passed on the offer. Received invoice and charge on card 1 hour later. They seem to be using VendHQ as their POS coupled with a Square credit card reader. So their POS system is probably an iPad. I also noticed the amount you can add to their cart is going down. Yesterday was 80, today is 74. |
| So I gave up calling today. Called 8 times today (3 of them rang but no one picked up). I'll call again Thursday if my Vltor Mur doesn't show up, assuming they are shipping it today or yesterday and via Priority (according to USPS, it should be at my door Thursday). |

No point discussing ATS in the in stock threads. If I actually do get my mur, I might give their BCG a chance. |

Here has been my experience:
I ordered the VLTOR upper on Monday (online) and called to pay. I spoke with a gentleman who stated that they had gotten a large number of VLTOR uppers in and that they were helping out the internet side of the business by taking payment over the phone. As I was giving him my CC info, he asked if I needed a BCG because they had just got a shipment in and I told him I was all set with BCG's (lucky me, I know). He charged my CC and said it would ship Monday and at the latest Tuesday, he said I would receive a shipping notification when it shipped. I did receive a notification of the charge in my email, but no notification of shipment. I emailed them on Tuesday and have had no response as of yet and I called them today and yesterday (Tuesday) about another possible order, nobody has picked up the phone (the phone is ringing and sometimes a busy signal). I just logged on to the account I set up with ATS and the order I placed for the VLTOR is now showing as cancelled, I am not sure if they went that route because of the initial price difference between what was listed on their website ( was $189 but price changed to $199 when speaking to them on the phone). Thought I would share. ETA: I will let you know if I receive the upper/ any communication from ATS. |

Man been trying to call and call and nothing.
Ordered on 3/2 like most and if they want my money they should pick up the phone. Reading about people ordering recently and getting shipping info is really annoying. Any other number to call besides 1-850-622-2715?? Thanks |
| Hate to gloat but I ordered a MUR last night 3/13 and got a phone call this morning 3/14 asking for billing info saying it'll ship today priority mail. Received an email receipt and shipping confirmation shortly after. No tracking number though. I'm not worried though, if I don't receive my order I'll just file a fraud claim with my bank. Not a big deal. |

Ugh. I'm thinking they are not calling people that got in at the 189.99 price. The new price is 199.99 and for 10 bucks they would rather lose customers. Well the price was changed when I called in this past Monday. Someone did get a call when he placed his order at the original 189.99 price. When I talked to the guy, he seemed a little stressed and peeved that his website sucks. Said something about the physical store front has to pick up the slack for the internet side and just wanted to lay it out there first before I even asked anything. If anyone is located in Santa Rosa, FL I would welcome someone going there and reporting any sort of information. Anyway, my MUR should be here today according the USPS shipping estimate so we will see. I'll take a picture of it when I get it (hopefully). |

I ordered I think on the 4th. I called all week everyday. Finally Saturday morning the guy answered. Nice guy by the way and I believe it is just him answering phones. Because I've contacted them 3 times in the last 1.5 weeks and the same guy has answered.
Anyway on Saturday when I talked to him I verified that he had the Vltor's in stock. He said yes, and I told him I ordered one on the 4th and need to pay for it. He asked me if I was "my name" and I said yes that's me. Her replied he had the Vltor right here getting it ready for hte PO on Monday. He's in FL and I'm in TX and the Vltor Upper showed up yesterday. So my thought is this: If it shows "in stock": Order it and then continue to call till you get through to confirm it is in stock and then pay for it. It will be worth the effort IMO. The process is a pain in the @ss and a hokey but if you get a hold of him and he has what you want, he will get it to you fast. One good thing about the pain in the @ss process is that he won't sell out of them as fast and it might give some a better shot at getting one. |

I actually ordered one on 2/16 and called on and off up until the end of February. I never got a hold of anyone. It was always busy or no response. Thing is, in the beginning of February, I actually got a hold of someone and I remember him saying he was going to get a batch of MUR's mid February. Hence the reason I ordered on 2/16. I figured it wouldn't hurt since they don't charge on the site....
Anyway, just in case, I ordered again. And I'm going to start calling again. Hopefully I'll get results this time.....
