Is the PP made 62 grain and 55 grain they have on their website packed in the clear battle packs?  Its  under 300 per thousand and thought about getting some.

Not sure about the clear BPs but I would grab that ammo if I need any.  It's good ammo. Leave it to Aim to deliver on the goods.

I wouldn't go so far as to call them 'battle packs' but yes, they ship 200 rounds in clear plastic sleves.

I can't say anything about the 62 grain stuff, but I love the 55grain PP ammo.

Its the clear plastic sealed sleeve with a handle on top right? Its sealed from the outside air.

The last time I bought any it came (200 rounds) sealed in clear plastic.  No handle.  The weight of plastic was no where near BP weight.  Who cares though.  It's brand new ammo.

In Before It's Sold Out

this is good stuff, I wish I had ordered more last time they had it.

Does the 62gr stuff have a cannelure?

It won't last long....

Yeah, they only got 400 cases of the 55 grain and 100 cases of the  62. Get it while you still can.

Is this stuff any dirtier than XM193, US M855, or Winchester stuff?

Thanks for the heads up on this stuff. I'm looking at it real hard.

Better not look too hard or it's liable to vanish...Wideners just dropped there price to $283/k if you buy 2 cases...too bad I live in TN (tax).

One case of 62 gr., with shipping, came to $310.75, or ~31ยข a round - not bad today.  The ammo's good; I shot up a case the last time AIM had it.

Hopefully the drop in price will be a trend.

I however don't see a drop in price for other higher M193 type rounds (XM193, Q3131 or Q3131A).

Might have to give this stuff a try.  If I like it, maybe I'll put a little away for my secondary SHTF stash.  Or am I the only one that does that....

I'm shooting the 62gr rounds:

Rifle: RRA CAR A4 16" w/Eotech 551
Ammo: 62gr PP
MV Ave: 2860
100yd group: 1, 7/8" (10 shot)
Temp: 90
Alt: 750ft ASL

100fps below M855 spec, but shoots damned good.

Just got a case as well of the 62 grain. There are about 3 threads going about the new PP stuff now!
