| Do real Aimpoint M2 scopes have writing in white lettering? The local gun shop has some so called Aimpoint M2's but i am not %100 sure about them. Can someone post some info about it with pics. I would really like the input. Thanks. |

not really, it does have writing on the side but it's not really white and it's very light. It shouldn't be real easy to see, it's not hard to see but nothing like having it in white lettering. The serial number and the M2 will be in white but the word Aimpoint should be a very faint white. |

Maybe this thread will help you spot a clone before you make your purchase. Differences between the Aimpoint ML2 and the Aimpoint clone(1337 Tactical). You really do have to be careful even more now because some clones even duplicated the Aimpoint logo on the side in white. But as pointed out, the real Aimpoint logo is very faint and not white but more of a lighter shade of grey. ETA: Aimpoint logo pic.  |
