[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Aimpoint QRP Question

Just got one of these mounts at a great price,used. Came with the spacer and the long screws. However I need to use it with no spacer and need the shorter screws.

Does anyone know the size of the screws?
Can I get them directly from Aimpoint?

Tried to find 'em at the local Home Depot and had no luck, any help is appreciated.

Have you contacted Aimpoint?

You could also try ACE Hardware, the ones around here seem to have more of a selection of small hardware than Lowes or Home Depot.

If I remember right they are metric. You can try someplace like Ace hardware or one of the better (real) hardware stores. Home crapo, lowes and the other big chains have a crappy hardware section.

Contacted Aimpoint and they never got back to me.
I'll look for a better stocked store.

Anyone have any they are willing to sell, or swap for the long ones?
