Hey guys,hope this isn't a dumb question but... do they make a Aimpoint or some other type red dot scope for a AR with some magnification, say 3 or 4x? Thanks...

jw: Go to their website and have a look. There are several models. The M2 is what I have.....no magnification, and it's great!

In my opinion you might want to consider the compact ACOG 3x variants (dot, triangle or crosshair reticles).

Aimpoint makes a 2x version, but Kevin has it down, the compact ACOG is the way to go. BAC concept is the best alternative CQB sight/ mid range scope.

Thanks guys, I figured the ACOG was the way to go. Just gotta figure out how i'm going to afford one now!
