Hey guys,
Can you run an aimpoint red dot sight towards the rear of your rifle, ala Balckhawk Down? Does that work ok? Any thoughts? I always thought it was meant to be mounted forward....

Many people prefer using a cantilever mount, which puts the Aimpoint over the delta ring.
I run it over the magazine well...

You can run it anywhere you want to run it. Some like it forward, some like them mid rail and some like them to the rear. I don't care for them way back, I like mine just over the ejection port.
