Am I correct in the understanding that the Magpul stock includes a new buffer tube but requires a seperate but standard carbine buffer and buffer spring?

If so, then I ask if the buffer and spring from a Bushmaster stubby stock will work with the M93.

You will not get a buffer or buffer spring with your new Magpul. But any standard carbine length buffer and spring will work. If the stubby stock you are talking about is the same as the one I am thinking, it should work just fine.
