Have you ever heard of problems spawning from geissele triggers mixed with kns pins? I just want to make sure you aren't gonna damage anything and have the right stuff in the gun.
Looks like a cool build. I didn't see weight have you checked it looks stout but I may be surprised. I like the atlas nice addition. |

Yes, I have heard all the warnings in regards to KNS pins and Geissele triggers. I have never had an issue, if I ever do I will post the results with pics and all.
This is no light weight but it's not outrageous either. I'm not sure of the actual numbers on weight but I'll post them when I can. In HD configuration( without scope and bipod and using irons) it's pretty light. I just carry my bolt-action around a little bit which makes everything seem LW. |

I guess seeing you have already been using it the damage has already begun doesn't help much to switch back. I guess it is mostly just opening up your holes. I just stick with the ones that comes with the trigger. I will look forward to the pics later

I had a Geissele hammer pin walk out on me. Never again. It was a complete cluster fuck. I had to remove the stock to get the shit apart.
I have a SD3G on another build with countless rounds through it. No issues with the KNS. I reckon it's like UFO's, I'll believe it when I see it. |

Got it out to the range today and put about 200 rounds through it. I had a issue with the Wolff XP buffer spring so I switched it out with a Spike's 17-7 spring and it's running really nice and 100%. Got my 50 yard zero on both optic and sights. It's leaking a little more gas out the gas block then I normally like so I'll probably remove it and spray a little Cerakote under it which should tighten it up good. All and all a good day to be alive and to be shototin' stuff. Monday I'm going to see what it can do at 300. |
